Fabricio Brebion

My name is Fabricio Brebión. From a very young age, I became involved in the world of work. I was a baker, carpenter, street vendor, kitchen assistant, waiter, artisan, and more. Different jobs, different countries, different cultures. Over time, I realized that, beyond the industry or the position, what really makes the difference is who you are as a worker. The attitude, commitment, and respect with which you approach each task are what generate trust and open doors. This book is born from more than twenty years of experience, mistakes, lessons learned, good habits, and the example of my father, who taught me that working well is a way of being in the world. But it also stems from the desire to help you grow in your profession, to sell yourself better, to position yourself firmly, and to receive better compensation for what you do. WorkerPRO Now is a practical and straightforward guide to building a more solid, professional, and valuable way of working. Because when you learn to communicate your value, you also learn to charge what your work is truly worth.

In September 2023, I began the MAC expedition, traveling across the continent from Alaska to Argentina. Along the way, one of my missions is to give talks on "The Importance of Living with Purpose." Along the way, I also introduced WorkerPRO Now as a practical tool for young people and workers who want to build a better relationship with their craft, with greater awareness, professionalism, and growth. Through personalized sessions, I guide those seeking to excel, better position themselves in the market, and discover the true value of what they do.

If you feel you can give more, if you want to grow from what you do and start charging what you're truly worth, this book is for you!

Because when the way you work changes, the way you're seen, chosen... and paid also changes.
